Karuna Center’s current partnerships in Pakistan bring secular and religious leaders together across their divides to address the mounting challenge of violent sectarianism. Through media and community engagement, we are helping vulnerable communities withstand manipulation from those who incite extremist violence.

Peacebuilding TOT (2009)

At the invitation of the U.S. State Department, the Karuna Center provided a training-of-trainers course in Pakistan on peacebuilding and conflict transformation for the members of Paiman, an influential Pakistani NGO.
